Returns  

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please send an email to mariaxvoncken@hotmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Order Number]." In the body of the email, provide your name, order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. We will respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund after the specified period, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
